Since 1992, we have been serving genuine and tasty halal traditional Malay and Indian food to students here in Nanyang Polytechnic. It all started when Cik Aliyah and her husband Encik Mael wanted to open a store to serve their homemade dishes to the public. When the news came up that a new polytechnic was to be built in their neighbourhood of Yio Chu Kang, they decided to set up their stall in the South Canteen.
With recipes for each dish passed down from each generation, each dish has evolved to be packed with the best amount of spices while retaining its culture.

Why eat from us? Well, we have the largest variety of food out of any stall in the entire polytechnic. The owners have hired specialised chefs to make prata with authentic local flavour. Our array of food items to add to your Nasi Padang changes every once in a while, and you'll never be bored.
